Almost 3 years after original planned departure, s/v Ferrity finally departs Annapolis.

Twas little wind so lit was a long motoring day to Solomons Island, MD.

Just two miles from destination, the iron jenny failed. With a rapidly approaching sunset, I called for a tow.

After a short tow, Ferrity docked at DT1 (t-head D dock) at Spring Cove Marina.

Offshore is my place. Coastal is a struggle.
